Pretty TV weatherperson Tia Amberson has gone from being as sweet as a summer's day to a category 5 hurricane. Her longtime boyfriend has dumped her on Valentine's Day - and to add insult to injury, she's been placed under arrest by the cutest black cop she's ever seen. Her crime? Slashing the tires she gave her ex-almost-fiance for Christmas. Her punishment? Mandatory attendance at an anger management class. Police officer Byron Rivers can't forget the spitfire he caught cutting a tire in the condo parking lot.
