Super Constitution

The Story

"The birth of a legend begins in the early summer of 2016. A mysterious voice identifying herself only as Miss Ohara from the star 'Ohara,' twenty-one light-years away from the earth, appears to the superpowers of the world, with 'killing power' that can kill any person if anyone refuses her order. Three extraordinary geniuses happened to get together and combined their unique technologies: extra short, electromagnetic killing wave; audiovisual facilities for communicating capability with any spot in the world through 'radar beacon on DNA'; and delivering means by utilizing the theory of 'dark matter' that pierces through any materials in the universe without leaving any trace at the speed of light. Not by armies and bombs and political twist, but with the above technologies, the three geniuses wrote the 'Super Constitution' and ordered the three presidents of Russia, China, and the U.S., to dismantle the weapons of mass destruction and to establish the Global Government under a single sovereignty of the earth, from behind nowhere. While they were playing cat and mouse with their quarries, the process of globalization for the people of the world had made steady progress according to the Super Constitution, reshuffling the unit of nation of the world and disarming every nation's armed forces under the Global Government of the most ideal-democratic system"--Page 4 of cover.
