JAZZ PERFORMANCE IN THREE OR FOUR SETS expelled him so he & the tetralogy-trilogy, appearing in four OR three plays, each could stand independently of the other. Instead of beginning with objectivity, JAZZ PERFORMANCE established a way to make objectivity the theme of its own growth.
