The Story

Heart to Heart is a refreshingly different group experience created especially for women to help them grow spiritually and develop a true sense of community. It is, essentially, a spiritual support group in which women seek, hear, and come to understand God's will for their lives as they tell their own stories, explore Sacred Stories (Bible study), share in prayer and journaling exercises, and develop meaningful relationships with other women of faith.Heart to Heart features: -- a twelve-week program-- the option of a 30- or 60-minute weekly gathering -- the 30-minute option requires only the Heart to Heart materials -- the 60-minute option also provides for interactive Bible study, emphasizing listening and reflecting on the sacred text-- an emphasis on shared leadership and group interaction; rather than a designated teacher or leader, there is a group coordinator who assembles the materials for each meeting-- virtually no preparation time required for participants
