The Story

After inheriting a piece of land on the English-Scottish border, a comely young woman and her brother set off to start their new lives as horse breeders. Before they reach their new home, the woman is kidnapped by a notorious Scot warrior with a ruthless reputation. While in captivity, she discovers the warrior's love for horses rivals her own, and develops a fondness for him that soon blossoms into a passion she never believed existed. But will she be able to heal him from his tortured past, without sacrificing her life?
