The Story

Carrie Zablonski teaches and loves challenged, lost kids. Her classroom is often out of control. Hunter O'Reilly, RCMP Sergeant, likes order in his life, and being a policeman allows him to exert a certain amount of order on the streets of Vancouver. In time-honored tradition, Hunter (nearly) always gets his man. But when he's attempting to apprehend an elusive flasher in a park, the suspect gets away -- but Carrie doesn't. That first meeting marks the beginning of change in both of their lives. Hunter is determined to protect Carrie when an ex-boyfriend begins to harass and stalk her, but Carrie isn't about to let Hunter or anyone else take control of her life. She proves she's a much stronger woman than anyone has bargained for. And Hunter learns that sometimes letting go of control is is the only path to love.
