David And Goliath Stories From The Bible

The Story

Part of the "Stories From the Bible" series for children, this is the familiar story of a small shepherd boy who watched over the sheep, wrote psalms of praise to God, and came forward to fight Goliath, a giant Philistine soldier. With colorful illustrations and an engaging text, both young and old readers will find much to appreciate in this story of a young shepherd boy who learned that small could be mighty and whose faith in God led him to volunteer to fight a giant.
