The Story

Rio is a man with a reputation for finding water in the desert. What he can't find is a dream in his own heart. He is Brother-to-the-Wind, a man whose only love is traveling with the wind over the empty land.Hope Gardener is a woman whose Nevada ranch is dying for lack of water.
