The Story

The first victim was found behind the wheel of the shelter delivery truck. The second, an elderly homeless woman , died after eating a shelter meal. Cybil wonders if the real target is the homeless...or the shelter itself, built on prime real estate. Meanwhile, a case involving a very rich cheating husband puts her undercover in a local industrial company. She nails the cheater and the girlfriend, and she makes a surprising connection to the shelter - but not before the lovers end up dead.
