Alaska Adventure

The Story

WILDERNESS SAVAGERY To college freshman Laurel Adams, being chosen to take part in a summer research project in Alaska was a dream come true. For six weeks she and four other students would live in a log cabin deep in the forest conducting an environmental study with the distinguished Dr. Ethan Wells. But the summer turns deadly when Laurel discovers that poachers are killing Alaskan brown bears. Laurel and her fellow researchers decide to conduct their own investigation to find the culprit. Clues are scarce and the suspects many until a chance encounter exposes an unexpectedly dangerous lawbreaker. Nothing can deter Laurel in her quest for scientific knowledge, and in the end she learns more about life, love, friendship, and true grit than she ever could have imagined....
